SXSW Center at 1400 Lavaca St is the premier location for corporate and private events. The roof terrace and lobby spaces are available for private rental for up to 300 people. This is a unique venue with one of the best views of downtown that will surely create a memorable experience for your guests.

You can book the roof terrace and lobby spaces together or separately. We have a large outdoor courtyard just outside the lobby that can be integrated to accommodate larger groups.
